Not long ago, most movies were shot on film stock, which was quite expensive and raised the bar for new entrants to the industry. The DSLR camera revolution was transformative for the film industry as a disruptive digital technology. With digital sensor technology in cameras with interchangeable lenses, the bar has been lowered allowing new entrants. to express their ingenuity and creativity.
At Paitan media, we are going digital all the way. From digital camera's to digital post production workflows, we are leveraging digital technologies, for image and sound capture and digital post production workflows that leverage AI, like color grading, 3d animation, compositing, set extensions and real time rendering in game engines to bring our creative intent to life. Our aim is to create a surreal experience for our fans .
We are currently working on our first 5 minute short film called "Revelation". I hope to share more on this in the coming weeks.
